Aside from phone and email, you may also reach customer service by submitting a help ticket within your payment portal.
To submit a help ticket:
Click Help Request on the left hand side of the page and select the Submit a Help Ticket sub tab
- Use the drop down menu to select the type of issue you would like to submit a help ticket for
- Make sure that your information is filled out accurately
- Type in your request in the message box
- Click Submit Help Ticket, and you will receive a reply from our customer service department shortly
